Tapestry Corner was born out of a need for an elegant, distinctive piece for my home that was affordable. I have always been fascinated with the use of color and fabrics and all the possibilities that exist. I remember being quite enthralled with a traditional tapestry from my childhood which hung above the piano in our living room.

My love of the architecture in European cities and my interest in tapestries in general inspired many of the designs found in the collections featured here.

The wall-hanging featured on the home page is the first piece created and currently hangs above the mantel of my fireplace.
